The story behind PM Rehab
Built from real work, not theory.
PM Rehab started with a simple observation: most delivery problems are not technical. They are organizational. Priorities are unclear. Ownership is diffuse. Leaders are misaligned. Teams are working hard but not on the right things.
After years of leading programs across healthcare, technology, financial services, and telecommunications, I kept seeing the same patterns. Organizations would invest in tools, frameworks, and consultants, and still struggle to move. The missing ingredient was almost always clarity, not capability.
I founded PM Rehab to offer something different: senior delivery judgment, applied directly to the work, without the overhead of a large consulting engagement. I work with a small number of clients at a time so I can be genuinely useful, not just present.

I believe most organizations are capable of more than they are currently delivering. The constraint is rarely effort. It is usually clarity: about priorities, about ownership, about what success actually looks like. My job is to help leaders and teams find that clarity, and then build the practices that let them sustain it.
